1. TERMS OF USE

1.1 Your use of this website, its services and programmes will be governed by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between yourself and Master Education (Pty) Ltd.

1.2 Clients request enquiries for the tutor are to read these Terms before continuing the process of getting a tutor. Do not agree to the Terms unless you both fully understand and accept each one. By using or continuing to use the Site, you represent and warrant that you understand, agree to, and accept all terms and conditions contained in this document.

1.3 Master Education may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. By accessing the website and been a member of the company, you are bound to the terms and conditions published on the website at the time of any visit to and/or usage of the site.

 

2. DEFINITIONS

2.1 The term ‘Client’ refers to the person(s), including their friends and families requesting or requiring tutoring service or any other services from Master Education (Pty) Ltd. ‘Tutor’ refers to the person(s) suitably qualified and experienced to provide tuition services in specific areas of expertise. ‘Company’ refers to Master Education (Pty) Ltd. ‘Member’ refers to any client or any tutor of the company. ‘You’ or ‘Your’ refers to any person(s) who is employed by the company, client of the company or any members of the public.

 

3. INFORMATION SUPPLIED

3.1 You are hereby permit Master Education to rely on the fact that all your given information is true and correct, and that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

3.2 Master Education must be entitled to rely on the information originate from you even if they come from someone else impersonating you and unless you notify us of any irregularities, to act on any instruction purporting to originate from you. The company will not be liable for any miscommunication or any loss caused due to the wrong information supplied.

 

4. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

4.1 Master Education may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the site and other services or any part thereof, with or without notice.

5.1 You acknowledge and agree that services provided by Master Education are for the purpose of learning, not cheating. You are not to inquire or hire tutors to complete assignments, write papers, take quizzes or otherwise do work on your behalf. Further, you are not to use Master Education services for any purpose that violates the academic honesty policy or other conduct policies of your school, university, academic institution or workplace.

 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Master Education website offers a marketplace for those seeking tutoring services to connect with those seeking to provide tutoring services. You understand and agree that all material on the website merely constitutes an invitation to do business unless otherwise expressly stated and is not an offer to enter into any transaction. As such, Master Education expressly disclaims any and all liability whatsoever for any controversies, claims, suits, injuries and/or damages arising from and/or in any way related to the website.

6.2 Master Education cannot be held liable for any damage, loss of property or life or bodily injury the tutor may incur during the tutoring lesson.

6.3 Master Education cannot be held liable for any damage to third parties in the event of such damage (in the form of property damage or loss or bodily harm or death) being the cause of the tutor.

 

7. INDEMNITY

7.1 You hereby waives any claim against the company and indemnifies the company against all claims, losses, actions, expenses or proceedings arising from damage or injury whilst the tutoring services are been carried out at your property.

 

8. TUTOR DETAILS

8.1 The tutor permits the company to release information regarding the tutor on the company’s website.

8.2 The tutor must ensure all the information given is true and correct.

8.3 The tutor must inform the company if there is any change in details, as the company will not be liable for any miscommunication or any loss caused due to the wrong information supplied.

 

9. PRIVACY POLICY

9.1 Master Education may electronically collect, store and use, amongst our staffs and tutors only, the following information of users:

9.1.1 Your name and surname

9.1.2 Your contact details

9.1.3 Your email details

9.1.4 Your residential address

9.2 Master Education collects the above mentioned details for the purpose of communication of users and registration of users in our system. Information detailed above is collected either electronically by using cookies or is provided voluntarily by the user.

9.3 Master Education may collect, maintain, save, compile, share and disclose any information collected from users, subject to the following provisions:

9.3.1 Master Education shall not disclose personal information from users unless the consent of user is given.

9.3.2 Master Education can, with the consent of users, display the comments of users on the Master Education website.

9.3.3 Master Education shall disclose information without the user’s consent only through due legal process.

9.5 With regards to the tutor information, Master Education has the right to log into the tutor profile to browse the information and edit details with the given consent from the relevant tutor.

9.6 When the user completes a form on the website such as making an enquiry of our services or updating the information, we collect this information provided by you and supply you will the corresponding responds. Master Education or our tutors and sub-contractors may contact you by post, email or telephone to ask you for your feedback and comments on our services. We may also wish to provide you with information about special features of our website or any other service or products, which we think, may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive the information, you are welcome to email us with regards to your request.

9.7 By submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out in this policy. If we change our privacy policy we will post the changes on this page, and may place notices on other pages of the website, so that you may be aware of the information we collect and how we use it at all times. Although most changes are likely to be minor, Master Education may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Master Education’s sole discretion. TERMINATION

Master Education may in its sole discretion terminate your access to this website, cancel your order or exercise any other remedy available if it believes that your conduct is in breach with or inconsistent with these term.
